“I have 3 kids in braces. They are very accommodating with appointments and they explain everything they are doing. When I didn’t go to the appt with the kids, the office staff would call me to schedule followup appt which was very helpful. It was easy to get appts for all 3 kids at the same time. If I couldn’t make an appt they were very nice about it and would call me to reschedule. The office staff is very efficient and are super nice. They have 2 locations which was helpful as well. They remodeled the offices and even have arcade games in the waiting area. Kids love coming because the staff. And when my daughter got her braces off they let her spin the wheel and she won $10 gift card. Pretty cool. Thank you Dr Maddux and everyone who works in his offices.
