Dr. Maddux was great to work with, I did about a year and a half of Invisalign treatment with him and he was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the process to me. If I could give a 10 star review I would. Ashley was more than welcoming although I was late! She was very understanding. She is top tier when it comes to customer satisfaction and her professionalism. I was overly pleased with how she performed work on my teeth. I left with zero complaints and would recommend her! As a whole, everyone in the office is amazing at what they do! They give you a sense of comfort as soon as you walk in the door and I couldn’t ask for anything more than that. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of me through these difficult times of having braces. Dr. Maddux shouldn’t go unnoticed. His work speaks for itself and he is outstanding at this profession. Honestly, can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Maddux and his team. At age 30 I found myself needing braces for a second time after having them as a teen from another local office. My experience as a teen left much to be desired. At the end of my treatment there were still spaces between my teeth that they claimed they “just couldn’t fix”. Coming to Dr. Maddux, he was able to not only close the space the other office couldn’t but he genuinely cared about making sure my bite was corrected as well. Every person I interacted with from the receptionist to the assistants and of course Dr. Maddux, was amazing and every appointment was prompt. You can tell he takes pride in his practice and patients. I would not recommend anywhere else.

I chose Maddux Orthodontics as an adult client. I’ve been through Orthodontics before, but this time I needed braces for repeat jaw surgery. With the added surgical piece, I would say my case was a bit more invasive than the average orthodontics. With that said, MO took care of me in stride. The office is quaint and I often felt that my appointment time meant 100% attention to my case from check-in to check-out. The staff knew me by name from the moment I walked in the door. I never had a difficult time scheduling my first choice appointment time/date. I would suggest Maddux Orthodontics if you are interested in a personalized experience – 5/5 would recommend!

Getting braces for my daughter was not something I was looking forward to (and neither was my daughter). Dr. Maddux was been extremely patient with all of our questions throughout the process. My daughter actually looks forward to her appointments. The office staff are very helpful and supportive. Everyone we have come in contact with genuinely care about getting my daughter the best care possible. The dollar signs were an obvious concern, braces aren’t cheap! But they have several payment plan options and worked with us to find the plan that fit our financial life best. Something my daughter and I were dreading has actually become and easy and pleasant process! We love Dr. Maddux and his practice!!

Very timely appointments, courteous and friendly staff, flexibility in scheduling for our needs. We have enjoyed Maddux Orthodontics, and both of my children are comfortable with the care they receive there, and appreciate the friendly nature of Dr. Maddux and all the staff members- even my eight-year-old. We love it here! Very professional staff, yet the atmosphere in this clinic feels so homey and welcoming. I never have a hard time making appointments and Dr. Maddux always replies immediately if you think your child has an emergency (like broken brackets or wires slipping causing pain, for example). We loved Dr. Marconyak, and now Dr. Maddux has continued the tradition of quality and top-notch care for our family. Although this clinic is farther away from our residence then other nearby ones, we are opting to go back here again for our youngest daughter who’ll start braces soon, too. I have had the most amazing experience at Maddux Orthodontics! I’m a dental assistant and therefore I notice small rotations and issues that the regular person may not; it’s a blessing and a curse. Dr. Maddux is so thorough that it puts all my worries about those small issues at ease! He’s not just trying to get your teeth as straight as possible, he’s also concerned with the function of your teeth, which is extremely important! I have no doubt that my teeth will be at their absolute best both aesthetically and functionally when Dr. Maddux is finished with my treatment.
What a refreshing dental office! They really seem to care and it took like ten minutes to put my braces on. They have all green technology, great updated advanced computer teeth systems.
